I was paddling in a stream. The water was incredibly clear and, as I neared the edge, I noticed something sparkling. I bent down to pick it up and it turned out to be a piece of jewellery. I looked closer and saw lots of other jewellery, which I picked up, including a ring and an ornate brooch.

What does this mean?
