Weird Creature

I was sitting by the sea in Colwyn Bay with my family. We were watching some people repairing an old iron footbridge (it might have been a promenade). We were by a window, and suddenly a weird creature swam up to the window and put its face against the glass. It was like a kind of crab in the way it moved, but its face was like a fish, with big needle like spikes around its mouth. When it put its face against the glass, it blew outwards, so the spikes expanded.

What does this mean?

Sea: A long but prosperous journey/If it is calm and clear, happiness awaits you
Fish: Success/There are difficulties ahead for you (well, that’s confusing!)/Fish swimming through clear water indicate financial success
Crab: Beware of the law
