Imperceptible

My commissioned multi-media piece, Imperceptible, is showing at Midlands Art Centre in Birmingham from March 31-May 1, then at Wolverhampton Museum and Gallery from May 14-August 13. I have been filming people in Birmingham city centre, and focussing on the little movements they make when in their own space. I am interested in how people create a space for themselves in the city, and how they interact with each other and their surroundings.

Imperceptible has been commissioned by Punch and Vivid as part of a series of commissions responding to the question ‘What is urban?’
